This policy explains what personal information Small Time Devs Inc ("we", "us") collects through smalltimedevs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to provide any services you ask for.
• Technical information. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare. To serve and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
• Free domain scan. When you use the scan on our homepage, your browser looks up the domain's public DNS records directly through Cloudflare's public DNS resolver (cloudflare-dns.com). The domain you type is sent to that resolver, not to us. We don't receive or store it.
• Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and measure page performance. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage for this and does not fingerprint visitors.
• Booking a consultation. Our booking page is provided by Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. When you book, we receive your name and email address, any phone number or address you choose to add, and your answers to our intake questions (such as your business name, website, team size and what you need help with). This information is stored in our Microsoft 365 account.

This website has no accounts and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

• To prepare for and hold the consultation you booked, and to follow up afterwards. With your consent, given on the booking page, we may use AI-assisted tools (including services from our AI provider, Anthropic) to review your booking details, run our free domain scan on the website you give us, and draft notes and follow-up messages. A person at Small Time Devs reviews anything before it is sent to you.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide services you request.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Cloudflare), our email and booking provider (Microsoft 365) and our AI provider (Anthropic), when the law requires it, or with your permission.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other websites, so the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
